“Payment Fraud” includes, but is not limited to:

• Providing false or invalid payment information

• Claiming false payment completion
• Sending fabricated payment screenshots
• Misleading Artists into believing payment has been made
• Manipulating bookings or payments
• Placing fake orders
• Fraudulently cancelling orders after services
• False chargebacks
• Misleading Artists or bypassing Feminiq
• Requesting direct/offline deals
• Encouraging payments outside Feminiq
• Avoiding platform fees or taxes
• Identity or account fraud
• Creating fake accounts

• Misusing offers via multiple accounts

2. No Direct or Offline Payments

All payments must be made only inside the Feminiq platform.

• Cash payments
• UPI or QR transfers to Artists
• Bank transfers or personal payment links

Feminiq does NOT recognize payment screenshots, SMS confirmations, or WhatsApp messages.

3. Fraud Detection and Monitoring

• Manual audits
• Device, IP, and location tracking
• Unusual activity pattern detection
• Verification of disputes and cancellations

4. Consequences of Payment Fraud

• Immediate account suspension or permanent ban
• Cancellation of current or future orders
• Denial of refunds and offers

5. Customer Responsibilities

• Verify payment status in the app
• Do not complete offline payments
• Protect personal and banking information

6. Fraud Prevention for Customers

• Requests for cash
• Personal UPI IDs from Artists
• Discounts for off-app payments
• Requests to cancel the app booking and pay directly

Feminiq is not responsible for:

• Unauthorized collections by Artists
• Fake profiles
• Messages asking for external payments

Off-platform payments void all protections.
